Omniblu Diesel Exhaust Fluid
OMNIBLU is a synthetic solution which is known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid. It is used as agent for exhaust gases reduction to SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology in diesel truck vehicles with Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 diesel aggregates.
OMNIBLU can be applied in all diesel trucks and passenger vehicles using SCR technology.. OMNIBLU is put into special reservoir before catalytic converter and it is injected independently into the exhaust gases system. In catalytic converter it transforms harmful nitrogen oxides into nitrogen and water which are already natural component of the air we breathe. The consumption of OMNIBLU is approximately 5% of diesel fuel consumption per 100 km.

HOW DOES SCR WORKS?
SCR technology reduces the concentration of nitrogen oxides (NOx) gases that are produced inside the engine during combustion. This process requires the right amount of DEF to be injected into the exhaust stream. Upon mixing with exhaust gases, it is hydrolyzed before the catalytic converter, breaks down nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O.)
